Shipping

Orders will ship via United Stated Postal Service (USPS) within 7 business days (excluding postal holidays) of payment received & cleared.

Charges include postage and materials.

International shipping:

I am happy to ship internationally! Orders will be shipped first class international mail: please contact me for rates. Also, note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Please be aware that I am not responsible for any delays that may occur as a result of customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is a problem or if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let me know. I will gladly issue a refund once I have received the order, shipped back at your cost in the condition in which it was received. I truly want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
